The objective
The company needed to test a working electric-trimmer prototype with interchangeable face and body heads while changes were still possible.

Participants used the prototype at home for one week, then discussed operation and usability in individual facility interviews.
The outcome
Participants found several usability problems, including one feature needing particular attention. The client corrected them before full production.
